Refund Policy

Please note that due to the nature of the product, we don't provide refunds for orders 24 hours or less of the delivery date.
For bespoke orders we require at least 5 days notice, unfortunately, a refund will not be provided for any less than 5 days.
To process a refund we require written notice by emailing berry.bloom@outlook.com

For weddings, events or orders of 50+ berries, payment is required 2 weeks prior to event date. Please see our events refund and cancellation policy below.

6+ days notice = 50% refund

5 days or less = no refund
