We require 48 hours notice when ordering. If you are after something a little more bespoke then we require at least 7 days notice.
There may be times when we can accept next day or same day delivery. If we are available for this, a rush order fee will be charged.

Deliveries happen between 11-3pm Monday-Sunday. You will be notified when it is on its way. Please make sure someone is home to receive the order.
If no-one is home, we will endeavour to find a shady place to leave the order however, due to the nature of the products, we cannot guarantee the chocolate strawberries will stay at their best (especially on a hot day).
At Berry Bloom, we currently only offer delivery services for our delicious desserts. We take pride in ensuring that our desserts are delivered fresh and in perfect condition to our customers' doorsteps. Our delivery process and packaging are designed to maintain the quality and presentation of our desserts throughout transit. We are committed to providing a convenient and enjoyable dessert experience for our customers, and our delivery service is an integral part of that commitment.
Please note that due to the nature of the product, we don't provide refunds for orders 24 hours or less of the delivery date.
For custom orders we require at least 5 days notice, unfortunately, a refund will not be provided for any less than 5 days.
For weddings, events or orders of 50+ berries, payment is required 2 weeks prior to event date. Please see our events refund and cancellation policy below.
3 weeks or more notice = full refund
6+ days notice = 50% refund
5 days or less = no refund

They are best enjoyed at room temperature on the day of receiving. We recommend consuming them no later than 48 hours.
If you don't eat them all on the day of receiving and would like to refrigerate the berries, simply follow these steps:
1. Remove them from the patty pans and place on paper towel in a container. *Paper towel will help with the extra condensation.
2. Loosely cover with foil or cling wrap, and keep refrigerated.
3. Bring to room temperature when ready to serve!
Although you can refrigerate the berries, they will always taste best at room temperature.
Boozy Berries are best enjoyed on the day of receiving at room temperature.
Remove the pipette from the berry.
Take a bite of the chocolate-covered strawberry followed by a squirt of liquid straight into the mouth. Discard pipette once finished.
Enjoy together or separate, the experience is totally up to you!
